Ding Hong organized the Symposium on the Beauty of Science and Art, during which twelve scientists, artists, and entrepreneurs—including Wang Enge, Tian Gang, Xie Xincheng, Tang Chao, Chen Xianhui, Zhang Lei, Ling Lizhong, and Wei Fanjie—delivered keynote speeches and engaged in cross-disciplinary exchanges. The conference proposed the unique positioning of Dali as a nexus of "Science + Art + Nature" to further stimulate cross-disciplinary inspiration.
