Application Method

All applicants are required to provide the following materials:

1. Program Title

2. Names / Affiliations / Brief Biographies of Program Organizers(at least two, highest degree must be specified)

3. Program Contact Person (at least one)

4. Planned Schedule for the Program

5. List of Invited Participants for the Program

6. Program Description(current importance of the field, past programs on related topics in recent years (if any), and an explanation of its timeliness based on recent advancements in the field)

7. Reference Letter (Optional): If you believe the Center's Academic Committee may not be familiar with your work, you may choose to attach a reference letter to your application.

8. Duration of Stay

Duration of Stay Applicants should indicate their preferred duration of stay (in weeks). The Tsung-Dao Lee Center for Science and Art provides a unique environment for in-depth discussion and collaborative research, which is often not possible in shorter workshops or conferences. Therefore, the Center requires participants to stay for at least one full working week and encourages stays of two weeks.
